Bidding
Navigate to any active auction and enter your bid amount in the bid field. Your bid must be at least the minimum next bid shown. Click the "BID" button and confirm your bid in the popup. All bids are final and binding.
No. All bids on BidsSxm are binding. Once placed, a bid cannot be retracted. Please make sure you review the item and your bid amount carefully before confirming.
You'll receive a notification letting you know you've been outbid. You can then choose to place a higher bid or move on to other auctions.
To prevent last-second sniping, auctions automatically extend by 2 minutes if a bid is placed in the final minutes. This ensures all bidders have a fair chance.
Buying
Some items have a "Buy Now" price that lets you purchase instantly without waiting for the auction to end. Click "Buy Now" to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
On items with Buy Now pricing, you can submit an offer to the vendor at a price you choose. The vendor can accept, reject, or counter your offer. You'll be notified of their response.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna (buy now, pay later), and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections.
You are charged when you complete the checkout process. For auctions, you must check out after winning. For Buy Now items, you are charged at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Yes! BidsSxm offers free standard shipping on all items within the continental United States. International orders may incur additional shipping charges.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
All auction sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is significantly different from the listing description, you can contact support within 3 business days of receipt to request a review.
Account
Go to Account Settings and scroll to the "Change Password" section. Enter your current password and your new password to update it.
To sell on BidsSxm, create an account and contact us at vendors@bidssxm.com to apply for a vendor account. We'll review your application and get back to you within 2 business days.
