1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BidsSxm ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BidsSxm. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. BidsSxm is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Bidding & Purchasing

Binding Bids: All bids placed on BidsSxm are binding. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at the bid amount if you are the winning bidder.

Buy Now: Items with a "Buy Now" price can be purchased immediately at the listed price. Buy Now transactions are binding once checkout is completed.

Reserve Price: Some auctions may have a reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the seller is not obligated to complete the sale.

Auto-Extension: Auctions may automatically extend if a bid is placed in the final minutes to ensure fair bidding.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon winning an auction or completing a Buy Now purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay. Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension.

6. Shipping & Delivery

BidsSxm offers free standard shipping on all items within the continental United States. International shipping rates may apply. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the item received is significantly different from the listing description. Buyers must report issues within 3 business days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued at BidsSxm's discretion after review.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, timely shipping, and compliance with all applicable laws. BidsSxm reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who violate these terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: engage in shill bidding, use automated bidding tools not provided by the Platform, misrepresent items, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on BidsSxm, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of BidsSxm or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

BidsSxm is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidsSxm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BidsSxm after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
